The goal of this master thesis is to evolve a robot-dog, which is capable of intelligent
interaction with the environment, in the same manner as an ordinary dog.

Homing behaviors
Grrr. the adaptive pet robot searches the arena for
the blue spot representing home. The white lines are
the boundries of the arena.

Exploration behavior
This video shows Grrr. doing an axploration behavior. It
moves around in the arena trying to cover as much of it as
possible.

Seek Food behavior
Grrr. searches the arena for food (represented by the green
squares). When a food item is found Grrr. wags its tail while
enjoying the meal :-) |
